What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track the order (when the delivery method allows it).Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet,
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping", or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United States.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Daily cut of time is 2pm Eastern Time, Monday through Wednesday.
Ground or 2-day shipments placed after 2pm on Wednesday will be held until the following Monday.
We currently do not offer Saturday delivery.
We strive to deliver our products in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. However, we are unable to guarantee a time and arrival date of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier
All food is blast chilled to preserve quality of food and shipped frozen in sealed containers. Each order is packed in insulation with frozen gel pack or dry ice. Food may arrive thawed.
How long does food stay fresh?
Upon arrival please refrigerate or freeze. Our products remain fresh for up to four days in fridge or two months in freezer.
